This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Edustepahead Services, a unit of Healthpro Eduresearch Work OPC Private Limited, are processed and governed.
Once an online payment has been successfully completed and acknowledged by our system or our Payment Gateway Service Providers, no cash refund or reversal of the transaction will be permitted under any circumstances.
We strongly advise all clients and users to carefully evaluate their decision before making any payment for our services.
Requests for cancellation of services and refund of payment will not be entertained once the payment has been processed, regardless of the nature of the request or reason for cancellation.
Refunds will only be considered if there is a legitimate fraud notification or chargeback initiated and verified by our official Payment Gateway Service Providers. In such cases, the refund process will be handled as per the regulations of the payment gateway and relevant banking authorities.
We do not support partial refunds or service withdrawals once any portion of the service has been availed or activated by the user.
Any disputes regarding transactions or charges must be raised within 7 days from the date of payment. All such cases will be reviewed individually and addressed in line with this policy.
